Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, workshops, programs, mobile properties, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Lakshya Leadership Education Software Pvt. Ltd. ("LakshyaGuru.in", "Company", "we", "our", "us").

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities occurring under your account.

4. User Content and License to Company

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or share through the Services ("User Content"). However, to operate and improve our business, you grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, analyze, and use User Content for providing, securing, improving, marketing, measuring, and developing our Services, including training and evaluating automated systems, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and grant this license.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Services, violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, or submit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent material.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may use or integrate third-party platforms (including Meta, Google, payment gateways, analytics, cloud, and communication tools). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Paid offerings, if any, are billed as communicated at purchase. Unless specifically stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in our Services, including our frameworks, modules, logos, software, and content, are owned by or licensed to the Company. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is higher.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and partners against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for legal, security, or policy reasons.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (India)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
